This was from a picnic we went to with some friends last week. Eliana was super cute playing with her dad, chasing ducks and swinging at the playground. Unfortunately, you don't get to see any of that because the camera died AGAIN right after this picture.

So, on to the next project!
Our next fundraiser is selling Sarris' candy bars. (For those unlucky souls who don't know, Sarris chocolate factory is only about 40 minutes from here and they make the best chocolate!) We have had a lot of friends and family agree to take candy bars to work with them to sell for us to help raise some money for the adoption. My Mom has been taking candy to work for about a week now and she has been selling a bunch! I don't know that there's anyone we know that we haven't hit up yet, but if there is, if we've missed you, if you're dying to sell Sarris candy bars for us - let us know!
Getting that organized has been keeping me busy for the past few days. Once we get the candy bar sale going we will return to online sales. Matt has done well selling books on Half.com and we have been collecting stuff to put on Ebay, too. I'll keep you posted.
In the meantime - pray for the people of Guatemala. Tomorrow is election day as they vote on a new president. Of course, this is an important position to be filled. Especially close to our hearts are the orphans in Guate right now with a lot of crazy stuff going on in adoption world. Who takes the presidency could affect how/if adoptions proceed in Guatemala. Pray for the children, pray for their families.
