Good-bye April!

Can you believe tomorrow is the first day of May?

Eliana's new trick: Standing! She has no balance whatsoever but she can bear full weight on her legs for about 10 minutes. She thinks she is hot stuff.

This evening we went for a walk with our pal Katie. Eliana fell asleep all snuggled against me in the wrap. Either I'm crazy or I love this girl more everyday. I teared up every time I looked at her sweet little face today. She has been so sweet, snuggly and playful lately. No wonder I can't find time to blog!

Why haven't I posted?

There is no good answer to these questions. The days are just gone before I know it!

No real news. Eliana's eating more and learning to put herself to sleep. Both are going well. She seems to be growing like crazy. I'm going to take her to work with me one day this week and weigh her on their baby scales. I can't wait another 3 weeks to see the doctor to find out what she weighs.
We are off for a walk. Spring finally arrived!

Ok, so this last pic is not the most flattering. BUT, it does provide an excellent side view of her rockin' hairdo. Hairdo is the wrong word. That implies that we work for this look, that we do something special to get this beautiful straightupintoapoint coif. Nope. This is all natural, folks!

Every year on the night before Easter all the kids get together to color Easter eggs at Nin and Pap's house.

still in love yet...

Jenny and I celebrated our 4 year wedding anniversary tonight. We had a wonderful time. It was the longest period that both of us had been away from the baby. Jenny's mom babysat for us. We all survived. We had dinner at The Melting Pot. It's a fondue restaurant in Pittsburgh. The chocolate fondue dessert at the end was incredible. And as my mother says we are still in love yet.
